What is the booking/consultation fee?
Prom & Bridal deposits require a $50 consultation fee, which goes toward the balance of the garment and a processing fee of $3.50. At least one month advance, will be required for these orders.
All other custom orders require a $25 consultation fee and a processing fee of $3.50. Consultation/Booking fees are NON-Refundable
What is your custom deposit policy?
All custom orders require a 50% deposit of the total order at consultation. The remaining payment will be invoiced to the email provided upon ordering prior to pickup/shipping. If final payment is not made within 5 days of invoice notification, the order pickup/shipping may be delayed.
All custom orders must be paid in full prior to pickup/shipping.
Custom order deposits are non-refundable.
What is the return policy?
Because each order is designed specifically for you, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom items or gowns. If there is an issue with a garment that has been shipped, the client has 48 hours to contact us via email so the incident will be documented for the client and myself. Arrangements for alterations can be made, if necessary.

What is your shipping policy?
Custom orders will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks, unless otherwise informed, following the confirmed deposit payment. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided when ordering. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to populate in the carrier's system.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom orders may take up 4 to 6 weeks to process plus shipping time. Boutique items will process within 2 to 7 days plus shipping time.
